You are two years ahead of someone. That is the whole qualification.
Every coach on MediMatch left a clinical or pharmacy role for the function they now work in. We do not ask for seniority, a teaching background, or a title. We ask whether you made the move, because the person who did it two years before you is worth more than a careers adviser who never did.
You set the slots. Most coaches offer three or four a week and take what fills. A week with nothing free is a week nobody can book. No penalty, no ranking effect.
Candidates are matched to you on qualification and target role, and they submit the question before the call. If it is outside what you know, decline it. That is a normal outcome, not a failure.
One call, a written set of next steps afterwards, and it is finished. Anything longer is the candidate's choice to book again, never an obligation you took on.
You set the rate. We pay on it in full.
Coaches on the platform charge ₹700 to ₹1,400 for forty-five minutes. Professional members pay half that. MediMatch absorbs the discount rather than passing it to you, so your payout is your listed rate less a flat ₹200 per session, whatever the candidate paid.
Verification is the whole product. A coach whose move we cannot confirm does not reach the roster, for the same reason a listing without a published range is held out of matching.
Tell us about your move.
This takes about four minutes. We answer every application within a week, including the ones we turn down.
Yes, or to have left it within the last two years. The value here is current: what an intake panel asks this year, not what it asked in 2019.
Most coaches on the platform had not. The session is structured for you: the candidate submits their question beforehand, and the written next steps afterwards are three lines, not a report.
It is your time and your own career history, but check your contract for moonlighting terms. Several coaches here list their employer with permission; a few list only the function.
Some functions have more demand than others: drug safety fills fastest, medical writing slowest. We tell you the honest demand for your function before you set a rate, rather than after.
