Four routes out of the ward, and what each one costs you.
Every route below accepts a clinical degree with no industry experience. They differ in what they pay, how long they take to enter, and how much of your clinical training they actually use.
Case assessment, MedDRA coding and signal detection. The fastest credible entry for MBBS, and the route with the most open roles in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
Site monitoring and study management. The most clinical of the non-clinical routes, and the one that reads most naturally on an MBBS résumé. Expect real travel.
Study reports, protocols and submissions. The barrier is samples rather than qualifications, which is why the course produces two documents you can attach.
CDSCO submissions and export dossiers. Best paid of the four at entry, hardest for a clinical graduate to enter because the function recruits pharmacists by default.

Your registration does not lapse because you took a non-clinical job. What does erode is currency. Most people who return do so within three years, and after five it becomes difficult.
For the four routes above, no. A postgraduate qualification matters for medical affairs and senior safety physician grades, which is why those roles score low on a fresh graduate's board rather than being hidden from it.
Usually not, at entry. A junior resident in a private Chennai hospital earns ₹6L to ₹9L; the safety roles on this board start at ₹6L and reach ₹12L. What changes is the ceiling: clinical practice keeps climbing for longer.
The median on this platform is fourteen weeks from registration to a first offer, and most of that is waiting on employers rather than studying.
Coaching here asks two hours a month and pays ₹500 to ₹1,200 a session after the flat ₹200 platform fee. The bar is not seniority. It is that you made the move, which is the one thing a candidate cannot get anywhere else.
